Godshuis Almaras is door hem gesticht in 1477 (Paardenmarkt 89 te Antwerpen, waar hij 7 huizen schonk. om er een huis te bouwen voor arme vrouwkens). Het werd het Waeyers godshuis, welk huis nog steeds bestaat.
