Zij wonen dan op het water bij de kapelsteeg, Jodocus is gezond en Jacoba ziekelijk.
Het is een standaard "langstlevende"testament. Als Jodocus als eerste komt te overlijden zonder kinderen na te laten benoemt hij zijn vader Jan Hendrick van Almsick tot mede erfgenaam voor de legitieme portie.
Het testament wordt ten huize van de testateurs opgemaakt met als getuigen hun buren Pieter Kaaij en Cornelis Hijenk.
Jacoba verklaart door zwakheid haar naam niet te kunnen schijven.
