Jr. Franchois van Almaras, geboren van Leijden, nu edelman onder die compagnie van Jr. Willem van Ghistelles, capiteijn onder ’t Regimentvan Zeelandt, ghaende en staende etc. Legateert: Michielijne van Almaras, zijne nichte huijsvr. van mr. Jans Exalto medicijns deser voorseide stede, de somme van 100 ₤ gr. vls. eens etc. Ende noch aen des voorn. mr. Jans voordochters Joncvrouwen Diericxken ende Anne ex alto oft aen haeren kindren, aen elcx van haer beijden diergelijcken 3 ₤ gr. vls. eens. Resterende goederen aen Joncvrouwe Adriane van Almaras zijne eenighe zustereetc. substitueert bij overlijden: Mi-chilijne voornoemt. Aldus ter presentie van Dignus Keetlaer rentmeester der Staeten van Zeelandt en Hubrecht Janss stadtbode, poorter Goes.

Een dochter uit zijn eerste huwelijk, Annetje Exalto, huwde te
Leiden in 1599 (aant. voor schepenen 12 november) met Cornelis
Gijsbrechts, doctor medicinae van Amsterdam, die zich 11 februari
1594 als student had laten inschrijven. De bruid is, behalve door
haar oom mr. Tobias en diens aanstonds te noemen vrouw, ver-
gezeld van ,,Joncvrouw Allenbras haer stiefmoeder”.
