Toen Jan Ruychrok van de Werve op 6 april 1536 zijn testament maakte, werd Anna als eerste en vermoedelijk oudste dochter vermeld. Zij trouwde met Francois van Almeras, stierf op 18 september 1549 en werd in de St. Rombouts in Mechelen begraven.
