OPMERKING:
Op 22 juli 1654 neemt Trijntje Reijerdr. een hypotheek op het huis en land van f 200.- als borg voor haar zoon Cornelis Jacobsz van Duijn, bode te Egmond-Binnen. Haar man zal dan al overleden zijn.
Op 25 feb.1662 wordt er een hypotheek opgenomen op het land genaamd Noordercroft door Cornelis Jacobsz, namens zijn moeder die dan in Beverwijk woont.
Op 6 aug.1662 wordt het duijnmeijershuis met erf en land door Reijer Jacobsz Duijnmeijer overgedaan aan zijn broer Pieter Jacobsz.
In 1672 staat het Noordercroft op naam van de erfgenamen van Trijn Reijersdr, weduwe van Jaap-Jan.
In 1679 wordt Noordercroft door Adriaan en Pieter Jaap-Jan (de beide zoons) verkocht.
