Zij strijden tegen Cornelis Cornelisz. Backer die de gehele inboedel van
Ariaentje Willems Bras en Corn.Jansz Backer onder hem geslagen heeft. Volgens
het testament van de e.l. zou de langstlevende erfgenaam zijn, en nadien de
familie van de langstlevende mits aen de familie van de eerstgestorvene 300,-
uit te betalen.
Cornelis stierf het eerst en Ar.Wms Bras overleed winter 1720.
Leendert Muijs eist de helft van de 300,- op.
