      Neem er nota van dat getrouwde vrouwen werden geregistreerd onder hun meisjesnaam en niet onder hun getrouwde achternamen. Overlijdensgevallen werden gewoonlijk vastgelegd in de gemeenten waar het overlijden plaatsvond, zelfs als de overledene geen inwoner was.
