Otto Botterman.
Veendam - fol. 426 - 14 november 1764 - Juffer H.H. Werumeus, draagt in erfpacht over aan Jan Doekes en Janke Jakobs (ehel.), een plaats land, groot 16 deimt, met het getimmerde huis en scHuur:er op, gedaan met geld van verpachtster, te
Tripscompagnie, aan de oostzijde. Ten noorden Daniel Rijkents, ten oosten pachter, ten zuiden Eilke Alberts, ten westen het Hoofddiep. Alle lasten voor de pachters, ook de participantenlasten. Huur:64 gld. Vernietigd worden de obligaties
van 14 mei, 13 juni en 24 september, allen van dit jaar, wegens voorgeschoten penningen inzake het timmeren van pachters huis. Getuigen: Jan Hindriks en dr. Hemmo Nauta.
