Als Frans in 1953 overlijdt wordt het ouderlijklijk huis verkocht.
Vanaf 15-06-1953 tot 1954 woonden zij tijdelijk aan de Sloterstraat 23 te Ubach over Worms Landgraaf,
Vanaf 1954 tot 06-09-1984 woonden zij in hun nieuw gebouwde woning aan de Kerstraat 107 te Nieuwenhagen Landgraaf.
