Notes about Hatilde

Nothing definite is known about the life of Merovech and his wife. Her
husband was the king of the Salian Franks. He's mentioned in Gregory of
Tour's History of the Franks and, according to later sources, fought against
Attila the Hun at the Battle of Catalaunian Plains in 451 AD. He succeeded
Chlodio as king in c.447. What specific relationship they were to each other
has not yet been found, however, in this family tree system we'll acknowledge
them as being father and son.
