Heinrich I. von Oldenburg (* um 1122; † 1167 in Oldenburg) war ab 1142 Graf von Wildeshausen-Bruchhausen.

Er war der älteste Sohn des Grafen Egilmar II. von Oldenburg und der Eilika von Werl-Rietberg (Tochter von Graf Heinrich I.).

1142 folgte er gemeinsam mit seinem Bruder Christian I., teilte und wurde Graf zu Wildeshausen-Bruchhausen. Ferner wurde er Vogt von Rastede und Graf von Rietberg, das er später durch Heinrich den Löwen verlor. Er gewann Grafenrechte der Grafen von Stade dazu und stritt viel mit den Friesen. Zuletzt rebellierte er offen gegen den sächsischen Lehnsherren Heinrich den Löwen und starb wie sein Bruder Christian I. im belagerten Oldenburg.

Er heiratete Salome von Geldern-Zütphen, die Tochter des Grafen Gerhard II.
