    Op 12 april 1586 wordt Nitte Lauwerens vermeld in een relaas van Feije Haijes, zijn stiefzoon. Op 7 mei 1588 is er sprake van door hem verschuldigde landhuur. Op 6 juni 1588 heeft Feije Haijes cessie van zijn stiefvader. Op 12 mei 1590 treedt Nitte Lauwerens voor zijn stiefoon op vanwege belangen in een halve state lands te Westergeest (FR). Op 13 januari 1591 verklaart hij zich bereid als man Tijets Sijbedr. een deel van een state te Westergeest (FR) af te staan aan een zekere Jochum Melles. Tijets Sijberdr. zal weduwe geweest zijn van Haije Feijes, die in1581 als landsaat te Westergeest (FR) voorkomt. Op verzoek van Bauck Lijuuwedr. werd Nitte in 1595 voormond over de weeskinderen van Romke Lourens. Omstreeks 1600 bezaten Nitte Louwerens en Tijets Sijbes land in Buitenpost (FR). Earst nei 1594 kaam de rêst wer werom, mar al yn 1591 lêze wy fan boer Nitte Louwerens yn Westergeast. Nitte Louwerens wenne lykwols yn Driezum en wie trout mei Trijn Jans. Yn 1588 wurd d'r sprutsen oer syn hierskuld en op 12 maaie 1590 komt er foar Feije Haijes 'vanwege belangen in een halve sate lands te Westergeest, hij verklaart op 13 januari 1591, als man van Tyets Sybesdr., een deel van een sate in Westergeest af te staan aan een zekere Jochem Melles' . Op 27 maart 1599 ferpachtet hy lân yn Idemasaete by Driezumersyl. Hy komt yn Aldtsjerk te ferstjerren (nei 5 novimber 1619)
