De 52-jarige weduwe Helena Perbohms huwde na het overlijden van Jan Wilms in 1681 met Mathijs Smiets. Hij overleed op 13 september 1739 als Matthias Schmetz wonende in de Graght. De weduwnaar Mathijs Smiets huwde op 25 juni 1709 te Jabeek met Gertruid Habets. Zij werd geboren te Jabeek omstreeks 1680 als dochter van Arnoldus Habets en Catharina Meulenberg. Zij overleed op 3 maart 1764 in de Gracht aan de tering. Het echtpaar Smiets-Habets kreeg tussen 1712 en 1727 zes kinderen te Oirsbeek.

    Voordat in 1952 -1953 een nieuw schip aan de kerk te Oirsbeek werd gebouwd waren er nog 14 oude grafstenen op het kerkhof aanwezig welke zijn genoteerd in een dubbeldeel uitgave in 1960-1961 van de Publications de La Sociêtê Historique et Archêologique dans le Limburg over grafstenen in Limburg. Van deze 14 grafstenen zijn er nog maar 8 over en de rest is geruimd of verdwenen. De oudste grafsteen stamt uit het jaar 1625.
