    Otto Heinrich Frank (Frankfurt am Main, 12 mei 1889 – Bazel, Zwitserland, 19 augustus 1980) was een Duits-Nederlands-Zwitserse zakenman. Hij was de vader van Anne en Margot Frank. Otto Frank was het enige lid van het gezin Frank dat de Tweede Wereldoorlog overleefde. Zijn bedrijf Opekta was gevestigd aan de Prinsengracht te Amsterdam. Op 1 december 1940 verhuisde Otto Frank zijn bedrijven Opekta en Pectacon van Singel 400 naar Prinsengracht 263. In de loop van 1942 werd begonnen met het inrichten van een schuilplaats op de eerste en tweede verdieping van het achterhuis, en op 6 juli dook het gezin Frank er onder. Op 4 augustus 1944 viel Oberscharführer Karl Silberbauer met vier Nederlandse helpers het pand binnen. Alle onderduikers werden gearresteerd, evenals twee helpers, Victor Kugler en Johannes Kleiman. Het gezin Frank werd via het doorgangskamp Westerbork in Drenthe op transport gezet naar Auschwitz. Otto Franks echtgenote stierf in Auschwitz, zijn beide dochters kwamen uiteindelijk om in Bergen-Belsen. Hijzelf werd echter bevrijd door de Russen en keerde na de bevrijding terug naar Nederland.
