Ik denk dat Fuchs hier een schrijffout is, want ook deze Hendricus is grondwerker en zijn leeftijd klopt.), Otto Smook, 41. Jozef Franciscus Fechter , 22.Joseph Fechter, 55. Alle getuigen zijn grondwerkers.
Op de huwelijksakte staat het vonnis van de arrondissements rechtbank in Amsterdam van 19 december 1924 over de scheiding van Sytse en Cornelia.

Ik heb een kopie van de huwelijksakte. Sytse hertrouwt dus. Zijn beroep is grondwerker en Maria heeft geen beroep. Ze wonen allebei in Amsterdam. Ook zij is gescheiden en wel van Johan Hendrik Hegtenhorst. Haar vader leeft nog en woont in Heiloo. De afkondiging van het huwelijk was onverhinderd op 3 maart.
Getuigen: Hendrik Hijtlager, 53 en sloper. Adolf Gadilla, 49 en sloper. Beide getuigen wonen in Amsterdam.

Maria had een dochter uit haar eerste huwelijk: Maria Slegtenhorst, op 20-11-1916 in Rotterdam geboren. Zij staat als stiefdochter op de persoonskaart van Sijtse.

Hij was los werkman. Hij komt van Hendrik Kromhout, die dus wel de man van zijn zus Antje zal zijn geweest. In het gezin wonen ook twee pleegdochters: Hendrika Louisa Jansen, 23-9-1904, Amsterdam en Helena Maria Jansen, 12-11-1906, Amsterdam. Kinderen uit een eerder huwelijk van Sytse of Cornelia?
