In 1875 verkoopt Gerrit ten Broek, metselaarsbaas x Antje Bakker te Scherpenzeel voor f 1200,= aan Gerardus ten Broek, metselaar te Scherpenzeel een erfpachtrecht op een stuk tuingrond met de daarop staande gebouwen aan de Glashorsterdijk onder Scherpenzeel sectie D 297,298, groot 0.16.70 ha en drie zitplaatsen, 6 noord, 6 zuid, 11 noord, in de Ned. Herv. Kerk te Scherpenzeel. Toen het huis in 1856 werd gekocht werd er f 800,= van de koopsom omgezet in een hypotheek t.b.v. Aaltje van Ginkel, wed. Aart van Voorthuizen en nu t.b.v. Alberta ten Broek, z.b. te Scherpenzeel volgens acte van 02-11-1865, not. J. van Hilten te Scherpenzeel. Deze hypotheek wordt overgenomen ten laste van de kopers. (Not. Scherpenzeel 4142, nr. 244; 05-11-1875).
