Notes about Teunis Jansz van Ginkel

Eiser Pieter van Raalt, karman, won. Amersfoort, contra Teunis Jansz van Ginkel, won. Hamersveld. Pieter eist 16 gulden met aftrek van 6 gulden, die al was betaald, wegens verdiend loon door zijn zoon Rijk van Raalt. Teunis zegt dat Rijk vijf weken eerder was vertrokken. Uitspraak: als Teunis dit onder ede wil verklaren, hoeft hij niets te betalen. Teunis legt de eed af. (Dorpsgerecht Leusden 1046, blz. 53; 08-01- 1770).

In 1774 vindt er boedelscheiding plaats van de nal. schap van Willemijntje Jacobs van Leusden, echtgenoot van Theunis van Ginkel, won. te Hamersveld. Erfgenaam: kind Maria Theunis van Ginkel, gehuwd met Gerrit de Jong te Woudenberg. Theunis van Ginkel is hertrouwd met Willemijntje van Loenen (Not. A. van Bemmel AT 036a014; 31-10-1774).
