In 1790 is Francijntje van Renswouw overleden, nalatende haar man Tijs Evertse van Wittenberg, die in 1792 is overleden. Erfgenamen van Francijntje van Renswoude: o.a. Jan de Bree jr, getrouwd met Aaltje van Renswouw. Op 11-07-1792 zijn de meubels en op 08-01-1793 zijn de vaste goederen publiek verkocht: een huis met twee kamers, achterhuis, schuurberg, tabaksschuur en hof ten noorden van de Middelstraat. Oost: de weduwe van Antoni van Dompselaar, west: schout Lagerweij Wz.. Recht op anderhalf schaar weidens op de meent. Belast met een tins van 3 1/2 stuivers t.b.v. Domeinen ́s Lands van Utrecht. Gehuurd door de weduwe van Dirk Vermeulen c.s. Gekocht door Jan de Bree jr. voor 1055 gulden. Hij brengt dit geld in de boedel in. Gepasseerd voor notaris A. van Geijtenbeek. Getuigen: Diekje NN, A. van Velthuijsen, Jacobus van Arnhem, H. Harendenberg, Elisabeth van Dijk, Hannis Janse, Hendrik Janse, Evert Donkervoort, A. van Wittenberg, Maja van Wittenberg. (Recht. Arch.
