Aart Dirkse van de Wetering en zijn vrouw Grietje Westening verkopen aan Zaar Dirksen en zijn vrouw een derde deel van een keuterplaats met een dubbel huis met hof en land, aan de zuidzijde van de Leusbroekerweg, in Leusbroek, onder Leusden. Gebruikt door Hendrik Rijksen en Aaltje Everts. Aan de ene zijde: de weduwe van Wouter Gerritsen, aan de andere zijde: de Armen Noodhulp. Allodiaal goed. Ook een derde deel van een schaapsdrift op 't Potsland, in Leusbroek, onder Leusden. Gebruikt door Zaar Dirksen. Schepenen van Leusden: Willem Jordense en Jacob van de Haar. (Dorpsgerecht Leusden 1054, fol. 38-38vo; 18-02-1754).
