inhoud Obligatie ten laste van Petronella Geuken, weduwe van Franciscus Zwartjes, wonende te Koudekerk, ten behoeve van Edward Twifs, te 's-Gravenhage woonachtig, groot in hoofdsom 1.000 gulden losbaar in 1 termijn op 30-04-1855 en bij langere stilzwijgende voortduring na dien tijd te allen tijde binnen drie maanden na de opzegging of waarschuwing. Rente vijf ten honderd, ingegaan op 30-04-1850. Onder verband van een wagenmakerij, huis en erf en nog een klein stukje erf, alles staande en gelegen in de Hondsdijkse polder te Koudekerk.
