Verklaring ten versoeke van Sijmon Kuijper als volle neef van Maertie Jacobs, overleden aan Den Hoorn van moeders zijde - ten versoeke dan nog voor Hendrik en Jacob Grauw, beijde volle neeven van gen. Maertie Jacobs van vaders sijde.
