"De erfgenamen van Lijntge Basteans Outraet zijn haar weduwnaar Harmen Dircxsz Roos te Katendrecht, Basteaen, Basteaensz Outraet en Adriaen Basteansz Outraet te Charlois en Chrijsta Jacobs Bruijs te Blanckenburg, dochter van wijlen Adriaentge Basteaens Outraet.
Tussen Harmen Dircksz Roos en de andere erfgenamen is een verschil van mening ontstaan over de erfenis. Zij verklaren echter dat zij tot een minnelijke schikking zijn gekomen over de verdeling van de nalatenschap, onderandere wat betreft kleding en de betaling van een schuld van 5 gulden aan Jan Huybrechtsz te IJsselmonde."
