Emme Fekkes krijgt de ouderlijke plaats. Hij zal aan de anderen 2500 gld. uitkeren, per
persoon 500 gld. Te betalen in 2 egale delen, op 1 mei 1782 en 1783. De lijfstoebehoren en de inboedel zijn verdeeld. De in en uitschulden al dan niet op inventaris blijven mandelig.
Getuigen: mr. H.L.A. van Peer en Heiko Fokkens [=Haeijko Fockens].
