Wouter en Cornelia gaan wonen in Loon op Zand (De Moer). In augustus 1813 (overlijden van dochter Maria Catharina) woont het gezin in de rue de l'Eglise (Kerkstraat) in Loon op Zand.
In 1817 huurt Wouter in het Land van Kleef 'een zeer bouwvallig huisje met vogelweide, heide, wildernis, putten, kuilen, zandheuvels en zandbergen' van Thomas Paaijmans (die het huis in 1817 kocht voor 99 guldens, maar er zelf niet ging wonen. Na 1827 woonde Wouter met zijn 3e vrouw Hendrina op Kraanven 138.

van Ierssel, west Jan Snoeren, zuid Huijbert de Jongh en noord de koper
- een perceeltje land, groot 0,75 hont, gelegen als voor, oost Peeter Arij Dekkers, west en zuid Huijbert
de Jongh en noord kdn. Augustinus de Jongh
- een perceeltje zaailand, groot 0,5 hont, gelegen aan de zuidzijde van de Duijkse hoeve, oost wed.
