Compareerde voor ons Jacobus Oerlemans en Antonie Glavimans Schepenen der Heerlijkheijt VenLoon Arnoldus van Rijswijk vorster alhier, dewelke verklaarden uijt cragte van authorisatie door Peeter Quirijns collecteur van de verponding en beden over dese heerlijkheijt op den 9e deser op hem verleent, naar voorgaan wesende sommatie aenosatie te nemen in arrest de vaste goederen gelegen alhier in de Loonse Moer, staande ten name van Hendrik Adr: Hamers, omme bij executie daar aan te verhalen de somme van vijf gulden, ses stuijvers en vier penn: van voorn: goederen gemeen leggende met Cornelis de Bont, over de jaaren 1739 en 1740 aan voorn: collecteur wegens verponding en beden verschuldigt als mede de koste van executie albereijts gedaan en nog te doen, ende versogte den comp: in opgeen? sijne qualiteit hier van acte om hem te strecken daar en soo het behoorde mogte.

Op 27 februari 1740 brengen Bartel Frijsen en Pieter Morreval, wonende te Sprang, Hendrik Hamers en Adam van Tilborgh een dode wolf bij de schepenen Reijnier Ambrosius en Huybert Stralen van het dorpsbestuur van Loon op Zand. Zij hebben de oudere wolf een dag eerder zien liggen in een droge sloot tussen de heggen. Zij hebben de wolf met 2 rieken en 2 messen ‘soodanig gequeld en gestoken dat hij daarop aanstonds is komen te sterven’.
