18-2-1712: "Pantaleon Ortwijn wordt den 18 deses maents febr. door Gerrit Verkerck qq te beschut aengeboden als breder bij 't gerechtelijck signaet van Elst quo relatio, register: den 12 febr. 1712." (RA Ambt Overbetuwe, f. 75, Arnhem inv. 309)

Boekzael jan. 1729, p. 622m (may): "D. Pantaleon Ortwijn (zoon van D. Daniel Ortwijn, in zijn leven pred. te Wageningen) op den 17 may, in het 72 jaer zijnes ouderdoms, na ruim 7 weken bedlegerig geweest te zijn, overleden is. Geb. Wageningen, 4 july 1657. Hij wordt als candidatus tot het predikambt toegelaten door de classis van Deventer op 10 april 1684. Waarneming van D. Tijssen in het schependom te Nimmegen, op 16 maert 1692 beroepen te Weurt. 1706 beroepen te Heeteren, zijnde in December aldaer door D. G. Fock, VDM te Valburgh en Homoet, bevestigt. Een dochter nagelaten, geh. aan D. David Hajenius, VDM te Pannerden en Doornenburg. (M382)
