Notes about Hendrik Fiege

Ik kan geen Rijtenbach vinden in Hessen-Darmstadt. Wel een 'Bickenbach'.

Nu was Hendrik soldaat in het Zwitsers Regiment van Luitenant Generaal Esscher. Dit Regiment was van 1767 tot 1769 gelegerd in Goes, Veere, Vlissingen, en Zierikzee (*1). Op 1-11-1767 wordt in Middelburg (midden tussen, Goes, Veere en Vlissingen) een 'Heinrich Fieden' ingeschreven als Luthers lidmaat (*2) waarbij is opgetekend dat deze afkomstig is uit 'Bittenbach'. Zou het hier om onze Hendrik gaan?
