Schellinkhout, 28 april 1731 : Door de Vroedschap wordt Dirk Bastiaansz. Groot tot bulloper benoemd, de zoon van de eerste bulloper.
Hij woont in het zuidend.
Naast 2 bullen moet hij ook 4 rammen houden.
Met zijn beide bullen en de rammen doet de bulloper dagelijks tweemaal zijn ronde door het dorp.
Zijn komst moet worden aangekondigd met een hoorn. In november wordt Dirk opgevolgd door Jacob Claasz. Wijnberg.
