Belending oost V209 en V210, zuid de Zuiderstraat (1682: V175!), west V213 (1795: strand) en noord de Herestraat of het kerkhof (1775: V212; 1778: de oude kerk).

Tot 1696 samen met V212.

 

1696-05-15/ 2064 fol.10v: Kwijtschelding van het voorend in huis noordzijde Hereweg, nl. het voorhuys, de middelcamer en een zijkamer, door Cornelis Joppe (die kocht V220) aan Teunisje Aldertsdr; betaald met f 115,-.

Hierbij is het achterhuis V212 afgesplitst.

 

1705-01-14/ 2064 fol.75: Teunisje Alderts, oost van V213.

 

1733-05-20/ 2064 fol.212v-213: Contract van Teunisje Aldersdr wed. Jan Dingenumse met haar zoon Aldert Janse; Aldert zal zijn moeder onderhouden in kost, drank, kleding en reeding etc. in ruil voor het voorhuys, middel- en zijkamer noordzijde Hereweg; 40e penning pas te betalen op het overlijden van verkoopster.
