Notes about Lucas Grimmerink

'Erve Docters' wordt in 1915-1916 verbouwd en herbouwd. Het gaat dan over in gezamenlijk eigendom van Lucas en Christine en broer/zwager Gerrit Jan (geb. 1882). Den Velde, huisnummer F16 (broer Gerrit Jan woonde op F19)

Juni 1891 gaat Lucas met onbepaald verlof en op 22-09-1893 met groot verlof. (bron: Extracten correspondentie Gramsbergen nr. 872 en 899)
In feb. 1912 maakt Lucas deel uit van een comissie "tot verkrijging van een vee- en eiermarkt" om deze op woensdag in Gramsbergen te houden; nu gaat men nog op maandag naar de markt te Coevorden of Hardenberg.
In 1907 en 1908 is er veel tuberculose onder de koeien. Ook Lucas heeft een verdacht rund dat besmet is en voor Rijksvergoeding in aanmerking komt. (bron: Extracten correspondentie Gramsbergen nr. 1077)

Na het overlijden van Lucas (1925) blijft het de eerste tijd in bezit van zoon Gerrit Jan.
In 1976 gaat 'erve Docters' over in eigendom van kleinzoon Lucas.
