HvF 16690 d.d. 12-12-1549: Watze Douwes Hania als impt inzake goed te Kimswerd.
HvF 16692-441 d.d. 1563 en HvF 16693-490 d.d. 1568: Watze Hania.
Hij werd vermoord in de nacht van 2 op 3 december 1569 (grafschrift).
Rentmeestersrek. 1569/1570: Watze heeft voor zijn zoon Douwe consent op halve Wybrandasate te Bozum.
Voor 1562 prebendaris op het Gratinga-prebende te Jorwerd.

D.J.van der Meer in GJB 1969-22: Op de grafsteen te Jorwerd van Watze van Hania en zijn vrouw Ydt van Gratinga binnen het randschrift de wapens van hun ouders met de namen Hania, Doenia, Graetinga en Alaua. Op de hoeken zou je dan verwachten de kwartierwapens van de wederzijdse grootouders, maar dat is hier niet het geval, want
Linksboven mannenwapen Haenia (zijn grootvader vaderskant) en rechtsboven vrouwenwapen Harsma dwz Harinxma (zijn grootmoeder moederskant).
Linksonder mannenwapen Graetinga (haar grootvader vaderskant) en rechtsonder vrouwenwapen Walta (haar grootmoeder moederskant).

Een wapenboek (Tresoar) geeft de volgende kwartieren:
Voor zijn vader Douwe van Hania: Hania-onbekend-Pybma-Sixma.
Voor zijn moeder Doedt van Donia: Donia-Sixma-Haersma-Hettinga.
Voor haar vader Sicke van Gratinga: Graetnia-Burmania-Eelxma-Hermana
Voor haar moeder Gaets van Aylva: Aylva-Doyema-Walta-Thixnia.
De grootouders van Ydt waren: Bocke van Gratinga x Hylck van Eelsma en Epe van Aylva x Beatrix van Walta.
