Douwe (Oenema alias) Douma is een zoon van Jancko (Oenema alias) Douwama. Douwe en Tiet wonen op Luersmaborg (geërfd van zijn moeder) te Feerwerd in de Middag. In 1553 verblijft Douwe te Haarlem, in 1567 te Leeuwarden. In 1562 maakt hij zijn testament. Eén van de bewaarde handschriften van de kroniek van zijn vader Jancko Douwama stamt uit het bezit van Douwe en Tiet. Het bevat de wapens Douma-Abbema en de namen en initialen van `Douue Wnema Douma' en (in het Grieks) van zijn stiefzoon `Sirèkus Harsma'.
