Met uitzondering van Joost, (28-01-1770) worden alle kinderen van Johannis Caspes en Trijntje Joostes RK gedoopt.
Bij de doop van Trientje (29-05-1772) staat vermeld dat de moeder Lutheranae is, m.a.w. zij is niet katholiek.
Mogelijk om reden dat bij de doop van Joost (28-01-1770) de vader van Trijntje Joostes wordt vernoemd, heeft hen doen besluiten het kind Joost niet katholiek te laten dopen. Immers de doop van Joost staat vermeld in het DTB Kornwerd/ref.
