Ytje Tolsma x Dirk Vellinga wandelen met haar neef Hylke Hanekuik een zathe en landen `Jagerslust`? met een huis, schuur, hof met bomen en planten, groot 99,5 pdmt. bouw- en greidland onder Ludingakerk, onder de klokslag van Midlum?, die door haar schoonzuster Feikje H. de Jong x T. Tolsma wordt gehuurd. Hanekuik moet tegen taxatie overnemen de watermolen, schiphuis etc. en alle rechten, mandeligheden en andere verplichtingen etc. De prijs van de zathe is 11000 cg. Zij krijgt daarvoor terug van haar neef een zoutkeet oz. Zoutsloot (William Boothstraat 2), met zoutpan, selhuis, kuipen, put en regenwaterbak, turfhuis, meidenkamertje, vrije steeg ten Z., pakhuis (gebruikt als selhuis), ten Z. van die steeg een huis met 2 benedenkamers en zolder, bleekveld en regenwaterbak. Deze zoutkeet was voordien resp. eigendom van de stiefvader van haar neef, Tjebbe Dreyer, van zijn moeder Geertje Everts Oosterbaan en daarna van haar neef. Ten O. het diept (Achterzoutsloot, nu Scheffersplein), ten W. de straat en Zoutsloot (William Boothstraat), ten Z. Jan Clases, melktapper, ten N. het D.G. diaconiehuis. De prijs v.d. zoutkeet is 9500 cg. Hylke Hanekuik betaalt dus 1500 cg. aan IJtje Tolsma. Het is een lange acte van 7 pagina`s.
