Bij RvA 1511 vermeld met bezit te Raard en Reitsum.
Bij RvA 1540 hebben zijn erfgenamen bezit te Reitsum.
Genoemd te Oenkerk in OFO II-336 d.d. 1527 bij een protest tegen het slatten en in OFO IV-261 d.d. 1533.
HvF 16481-82 d.d. 29-10-1538:hij procedeerde met anderen voor het Hof.

Jeppe woonde met Margaretha te Oenkerk (haar bezit); deze voormalige Staniastate was in 1664 niet meer in gebruik (Schotanus); in 1738 en 1843 werd de state her-en verbouwd met aanleg tuin (huidig landgoed).
Na overlijden van Jeppe hertrouwde Margaretha met Feye Herckes van Heslinga, overleden na 1539.
In SFA wordt onterecht verondersteld dat Feye getrouwd was met een zuster van Margaretha.
In 1539 wordt Feye genoemd als haar man en voogd (HvF 16481-266 d.d.11-6-1539)
