Anne Noordenbos, mr. chirurgijn te Oudkerk, oud ca. 42 jaar, verklaart dat hij gisteren is ontboden ten huize van Johannes Sickes, mr. wagenmaker te Oenkerk; deze had een wond boven in het voorhoofd en zijn neus was gekneusd, de verwondingen leken niet dodelijk. Johannes heeft vrijwel niet gesproken met getuige, alleen enkele vragen met ja en nee beantwoord, hij schijnt dus wel zijn verstand te kunnen gebruiken
- Binne Aukes, mr. schoenmaker te Oenkerk, oud 49 jaar, verklaart dat hij gisteravond om 5 à 6 uur van huis is gegaan naar zijn winkel, gelegen bij Philip Pytters' bewoonde huizinge; aangekomen bij het huis van Johannes Sickes, die naast Philip Pytters woont, hoorde hij geschreeuw, liep achterom en zag dat Philip bovenop Johannes Sickes zat; getuige heeft niet gezien dat Philip Johannes sloeg, maar wel dat Johannes geweldig bloedde; Philip Pytters vertrok met een "tuinklauwe" (hark)
- Aarn Klases, oud ca. 41 jaar, wonende te Oenkerk, heeft gezien dat Johannes Sickes een schoen uit de sloot naast Philip Pytters hovinge wilde halen en toen door Philip met de tuinklauwe op het hoofd is geslagen (tekent met x)
- Phylip Pytters, mr. bakker te Oenkerk, oud 52 jaar, in zijn eigen huis geconfineerd, verklaart dat zijn zoon en die van Johannes Sickes ruzie hebben gekregen, waarna Johannes begon te schelden. Getuige heeft teruggescholden en is door Johannes met een schop geslagen, getuige heeft teruggeslagen met een "klauwe"
