Notes about Johannes Goverde

Behoort ook tot de 2e generatie van het kleermakersvak.
Op de foto bij deze persoon kan je zien dat het een fiere persoonlijkheid was, hij werd daarom ook wel eens de burgemeester van de Bovenstraat (andere naam voor Langenoordstraat) genoemd.
Hij kwam na zijn huwelijk met Maria van Boxel in het ouderlijk huis te wonen in de Langenoordstraat onder hetzelfde kadastrale nummer M 90 en 91.
De twee kinderen uit dit huwelijk zijn beiden kort na de geboorte overleden.
Ook zijn vrouw Maria van Boxel kwam vroeg te overlijden.
Johannes Goverde hertrouwde met Cornelia Verheijen en er worden uit dit huwelijk 9 kinderen geboren.
Twee van de negen kinderen, Antonius (kleermaker) en Cornelia (naaister), behorende tot de 3e generatie van het kleermakersvak, blijven ongehuwd en wonen tot +/- 1973 in dit pand.
