    Bladelse Anneke van Bommel-Fiers (geb in 1929) weet wat er in het leven te koop is. Als telg uit de grote Bladelse familie Fiers was het vroeger al op de kleine dingen letten om niets te verspillen. Toen ze ouder werd en een eigen gezin kreeg, bleef ze op de kleintjes letten. Bij haar trouwen in 1954 kreeg ze van haar man een mooie kerststal met een rieten dakje en echte stenen beeldjes. Ze was er helemaal door ontroerd en toen ze er later nog meer kreeg begon ze de kerstgroepen te verzamelen. Op de handenarbeid club maakte ze er zelf van hout (figuurzagen), glas en steen (speksteen bewerken). Ze kreeg exemplaren die haar kinderen, later haar kleinkinderen en nog later haar achterkleinkinderen maakten. Nu heeft ze er tientallen in haar woning staan. Niet het grote is goed, maar het goede groot. Er is een exemplaar gemaakt van bananenblad, een andere geschilderd op een ei. Of wat te denken van de geborduurde werkjes.
    Anneke hoopt haar verzameling de komende jaren nog wat uit te breiden en daarna hoopt ze dat een van haar achterkleinkinderen het overneemt. Intussen blijft de kleine Jezus de toeschouwer vanuit verschillende hoedanigheden aankijken.
