Décédé des suites d'une chute. 27/06/1742 Partage : Rd Sieur henry de Try chanoine de la col. St-André à Cologne pour lui et les enfants mineurs de Jean Maquinay et de Catherine de try aussi pour le Rd Nicolas Herman Maquinay son neveu prêtre et pour Anne Elisabeth sa soeur résident à Cologne et pour l'enfant mineur de sa mère veuve de feu le Sieur Jacques Desonai avec la Delle Catherine Jeanne Maquinay jointe Marie Jeanne Maquinay veuve le Sr Pasquay Desonay pour son usufruit et le Rd chanoine de Try son oncle pour la propriété pour la part de son enfant et le sieur Henri Hubert Maquinay agé de 25 ans, Olivier Denis époux de Marguerite Maquinay, Olivier est fils de Michel Denis ja bourgmestre d'Andrimont et Delle Marie le Juptien.
