- Le 19 septembre 1587 : sont venus Everaert et Oeloeff les enfants de Claessens Op Koesberch lesquels ont reçus tels biens par la mort de leur père et mère… en nom aoes et au profit de Mychiel fils de Dierichs Pelssers… lesdites deux personnes ont reporté la moitié d’une place d’héritage nommée den Onbescheyden joindant d’un côté Willem Op Kerenberch… en utilité de Paesschen Op den Keerenberch.(Aubel 5 F 105). - Le 19 octobre 1589 : est venu Mychyels Pelssers Op die Straet lequel reporta 9 stiers de spelte héritables de sol situés et à valoir depuis des années sur les biens aen den Berch… en utilité aoes et au profit de Jaick Hannot Van Berwien… que ledit Jaick doit reporter au ban de Clermont sur les biens de Trinne Van den Buecken.(Aubel 5 F 3 - F 3 V). - Le 1 mars 1590 : est venu Mychiel Pelssers Van Aubelen lequel a reporté une pièce d’héritage nommée dat Bonder près de Nieraubelen… en utilité et aoes de Paesschen Op den Kierberch (intitulé Paesschen Op de Klucker).(Aubel 5 F 29 - F 29 V).- Le 7 septembre 1604 : comparut Michiel Pelsers… tel héritage et pré humide que ledit Michiel a à Neraubel… en utilité et profit de Paesschen Becker Op Keerberch.(Aubel 7 F 11 - F 11 V).- Le 4 novembre 1627 : comparurent Michiel Pelser, échevin du ban de Homborch (il y a un Michiel Pelzers marié le 12 novembre 1619 à Hombourg avec Catharine Van Kyl et une Gertrude Noels, épouse de Michiel Pelsers morte à Hombourg le 14 juin 1619), Wilhem Paeschen, Jan Stas, Lennert Stas, Nellis Van Neeraubel, et Jan Peerboome comme héritiers de la femme du dit Pelsers.(Aubel 13 F 65 - F 65 V).- Le 29 novembre 1628 : comparut Jan Kreickbaum tant pour lui que faisant fort pour Wilhem Paeschen, Jan Staes, Lennert Staes et Nellis Neeles Van Neeraubel ensemble héritiers de Paeschen Op den Keirberch, accompagnés de Michel Pelser leur oncle lesquels ont transporté… deux pièces de terre situés inde Gulp le long des biens de Willem Gerken… un muid héritable sur les biens de feu Jan Cornotentes maintenant l’héritage de Jan Huist in de Gulp… en aoes et au profit de Jan Brant Inde Gulp.(Hombourg 5 F 187 V - F 188).
