La pierre tombale se trouve toujours dans le vieux cimetière d'Ernonheid, derrière l'église 28 mai 1693 : nomination de Henri Pondant à l'échevinage vacant à Ernonheid, suite à la mort de Georges de Froidcourt (cachet du Chevalier Baron de Maizière) Par acte du 19 mai 1729 devant la Cour de Filot, il acquiert le moulin de Bosson. Dans la matinée du 7 décembre 1724, au centre de Chession, deux hommes, le genou en terre, examinent un corps allongé sur le bord du chemin....Le corps étendu est en réalité le cadavre de Nicolas, le fils de Flip le Pèlerin de Quareux que l'on vient de sortir de la taverne et de déposer sur le bord du chemin....Les hommes en cercle sont les autorités de Lorcé, le lieutenant-maïeur Hennuy, les échevins Quareux, Chalon, Forthomme, Montfort et Neuville. Même le greffier Pondant, plus tout jeune, est accouru de Bosson
