16 janvier 1730,(Cour de justice de Lorcé, reg.5, f°1): Lambert Godefroid, sergent de Lorcé, présente un acte du notaire François Doigné, réalisé le 5 décembre 1729, en présence des témoins Servais Chalon et Lambert Godefroid dans la maison Laurent Boniver au village de Lorcé. "Comparut Catherine Charette, tant pour son propre que comme constituée par son mari, laquelle a requis moij le dit nottaire de procéder par vente à la hausse et au dernier enchérisseur les biens qu'ils possèdent dans la juridiction de Lorchez aux conditions suivantes......... En suite de quoi a ésté exposée et vendue une terre au Champ de Bierny en Stocqueu de son extendue joindante du levant à l'aisance et du couchant au Sr Jean Froidcourt à quinze florins b[ra]bant et demeurée à Bartholomé Chalon pour 25 florins bbant cautionaire Lambert Godefroid. Item une autre sur Counar joind[an]te vers desoub au[x] représentants Hubert Bourlotte et deseur au[x] représentants Jean Gille eslevée à 15 fl.bb. et demeurée à Gille Poncin pour Vincent son frère à 25 fl. bb. cautionaire ledit Gille. Item la terre desoub les Preits joindante du levant au Sr conseiller du Meiz et couchant aux représentants Lambert Servais eslevée au dessus de la moitié des charges réelles à 30 fl.bb. et demeurée à Bartholomé Chalon pour 64 fl. cautionaire Jean Servais. Et pour le premis........tous porteurs de cette". Sensuit la constitution de Henry Pirotte réalisée par le notaire Alexandre Urbin, de résidence à Houfalize, en son étude devant Jean Lallemand et Henry du Pont, habitant de Sterpigny :" Cejourdhuy deuxième du mois de Xbre 1729 est comparut en sa personne Henry Pirotte, bourgeois de cette ville lequel at déclaré d'authoriser Catherine Charette son épouse pour pouvoir vendre ou autrement réaliser les biens qu'elle a au lieu de Lorchez.....- -------------------------------------------
