26 mars 1662. Tossaint Badet relève demi bonier de pré, devant le moulin de Theux, venant de son beau-frère, Noël Poncelet (Cour féodale de Liège, reg. 104, fol. 84). «« »» N.B. La forme Awans est inappropriée, Awan aurait été correct.-

19 juillet 1663. —Toussaint d'Awans de Becco transporte à Jean Delheid, pour 1750 flor. bb., un pré, devant le moulin de Theux, et une terre de 2 1/2 journaux en Fosseau (Cour féodale de Liège, reg. 104, f°213).

24/01/1667 Conparurent Poncelet Noël, Giel son frère tant pour soy qu'ayant le droit de Hubert del heid, Toussaint d'awans et Jean del heid partie faisant pour Jean de Marteau son beau-père et tous faisant partie tant pour eux que pour leur consors enfants et gendre de feu Noel Poncelet représentant pour 3/6 ième parte de feu Poncelet Noel, la veuve Quelin Poncelet assistée de Servais Bietme Jacob mambour de l'orpheline de la dite veuve, Jacob Boniver, Lambert son frère et François Grégoire son beau-frère enfants et gendre de feu Jacques Boniver en cette qualité représentant avec leurs consors pour lesquelles ils sont partie. Jacques François Gorlier gendre feu Quelin Poncelet l'aisné pour une sixième parte, Simon Michotte, Hermes Caro et Michel le jeune gendre et représentants Jean Poncelet, Item Michel le bicquet gendre feu Lambert Raxhon partie faisant pour la veuve dudit Raxhon et ses autres enfants et représentants et tous lesdits comparants ledit feu Poncelet Noel.
