    Notes about n d'ACHONHEIT

    Achonheit (Assouche, Ausonhe), bien à Petit-Rechain où était bâtie une court construite par Ernot, son fils, car celui-ci, dans son testament, précise que Henri, son fils, doit reporté, sous forme de dot, un quart de la valeur globale du bien familial avant qu'il y eut bâti. Ernot est probablement mort vers 1390, car, il est cité comme défunt dans un acte de la cour de Petit-Rechain, non daté, mais dont l'écriture est celle des actes de cette année-là. Avant 1445, la cour d'Achonheit est la propriété de l'épouse de Johan de Longne qui le transmet, en 1445, à ses deux fils , Henry et Orban. En juillet 1458, la cour est possédée par Piron de Roisleux, qui en fait donation en 1497, à son fils Bertholet de Rechain. (Jean Le Pas).
