(AEL Notaire Montelet A.G.) 10/01/1714 Testament de la demoiselle Elisabeth Legipont (s) relicte de feu le Sr Robert Simar habitant à Herve, en bon sens .. lègue à son fils Nicolas et à sa fille Catherine Simar avant main chacun 500 florins pour bons services qu' elle a reçu d' eux. Elle institue pour héritiers universels ses 5 enfants. Passé à Herve.
