Châtelain de Neufchasteau-sur-Amblève, cité en 1489.---------------------------- 18 juillet 1522 : " Marie de Briffoz de Villers, veuve de Godefroid dit Guetkin de Presseux, constate, par devant la cour de Stavelot, que feu son mari et feu son frère Warnier de Briffoz s'étaient accordés en ce cens que ledit Warnier devait avoir la seigneurie de Villers avec la grosse dîme de Villers et de Hody, mouvant de Stavelot, moyennant quoi il livrerait annuellemetn audit Guetkin 40 muys.
