""Anne de Hampteau possédait le moulin banal d'Offagne situé proche de Fays-Les-Veneurs, sur la seigneurie appartenet à l'abbaye de Saint-Hubert; le 13 avril 1682, elle le cède à Jean Wavreille et a sa femme Poncette Poncelet, à charge d'en assurer l'entretien, de le maintenir en usage, de payer les rentes dues notamment à l'abbaye de Saint-Hubert et à l'église d'Offagne et d'acquitter une rente annuelle de 40 quartels de seigle à demoiselle Doreux, veuve de Godefroid de Hampteau et, après le dèces de celle-ci au vendeur" Liasse 1707.". Décès------- "Le 2 8bris 1736 est morte pontiane poncelet veuve de feu jean wauvreille administée du dernier sacrement".
