Convenances du 28 novembre 1629 devant le curé de Chênée, Jean Crasier. Elle était veuve de Lambert Heyne et apportait tous son bien meuble, lui succédé par la mort de son feu mari Lambert Heyne à l'exception de ses accoutrements. Elle donnera, en outre, hors de ses biens, une mouche à miel (un essain d'abeille) à chacun de ses fils. Lambert Jean Giel apportera 40 florins de rente assignés sur la généralité des biens de son père. Il devra rêgler et gouverner chacun des enfants du premier lit de Marguerite en telle sorte et façon que ce fussent les siens propres. Il sera tenu de donnér à chacun d'eux, fils et filles, mariage et accoutrements convenables comme il convient à leur état. Fait dans la maison de Léonard Hannot à Beyne, en la présence de celui-ci et de Johan Vincent, gendre de Johan de Romsée, père de Lambert Jean Giel.
