GERARDUS zoon van Tilman X Hex, gedoopt te Thorn 1646 (van Beurden. p.40); gedoopt te Thorn 1643, 4 april (Wapenheraut 1903, p.407), getuigen Henricus van Apenbroeck en Maria Tielmans, uxor te Heythuyzen 2 november Helena Vossen.
In 1704 was hij scholtis van Pol en Panheel. (v.Beurden, p.44. Publications IV, p.307).
1709, 18 October, GERARD VOGELS verklaart dat de tol te Panheel sedert 9 jaren omtrent, toebehoort aan Baron de Horion, maar dat hij vroeger toebehoorde aan het Hoogadellijke Huis van Ghoor, dat hij vóór 50 jaar deze tol gebeurd heeft, maar dat hij nooit heeft gehoord dat eenige karren op het gebied van Thorn zich bevindenden, tol hebben betaald.
