Moet samen met broer Leo de bakoven en waterput gebruiken en heeft recht op de helft van de mesthoop. Heeft 'drift en uitgang' langs grond van broer tot op de straat. Het aandeel wordt geschat op f 750,- De deur tussen de kamer van Leo en keuken van Hubert moet op eerste aanvraag dichtgemaakt worden op gezamenlijke kosten. De schulden die door ouders nagelaten zijn moeten binnen 6 maanden afgelost zijn.
